Message Send it back, I am sure Coz will respond by saying that the company is liable for any misprints or errors on the website.

But then again you are not liable for receiving a product you do not pay for. It like him sending you a rock and say sorry the item description is wrong but the price is the same.. Enjoy your rock.

He may play the stupid game of a restocking fee however in the event of a improperly shipped product you are not responsible.

He will have 30 days to refund your money. But since you did not receive the product as promise place a charge back request with your credit card company.

The end is result is you will be sticking it to Coz like he is sticking it to everyone else.

1. He won't be able to sell that Turbo kit as a new as it is open Box, and then he will have to discount it. Thus taking a loss of at least some profit on it.

2. He will have a charge back which depending what processing company he is using will give me a fee or not depending on his terms. But basically it may cost him some money.

3. Place a complaint with Jim Wolf about CZP is misrepresenting and mislabeling their products. I am not sure how much JWT will care about this as they are fairly money grubbers as well. But maybe they will care about there image abit some what, who knows.

4. You can also place a complaint for mail fraud as you where shipped something that was not correct. Your benefit you get the piece of mind that you are responding actively to being misled. UPS and Fedex also have a complaint system and they will raise rates and drop shippers.

5. Stop using Coz almost every company pays the same damm price from JWT, Stillen, the profit margins are close try another vendor who is willing to put his reputation, his pride, in front of their pocket book.
